Limited 3-Month Warranty

All devices are covered by a limited 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to hardware defects under normal use.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturer defects
• Hardware malfunctions
• Devices that fail under normal use

What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage (drops, liquid, cracks)
• Misuse or improper setup
• Internet/Wi-Fi or buffering issues
• Software or app-related issues
• Normal wear and tear

Additional Terms

• Warranty valid for 3 months
• Proof of purchase required
• Customer may pay return shipping
• Replacement may be refurbished

This warranty covers hardware only. Wizo Media is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss.

Every plan includes 2 servers — one being a free backup server — and 1 IPTV line. The backup server is a complimentary feature and may be discontinued at any time without notice.
